Naturally, Store Your Toys operates according to the Distance Selling Regulations, but even more importantly: Store Your Toys likes having satisfied customers!

Should you unexpectedly be unsatisfied with your order, wish to return something or get your money back, that won’t be a problem.

If you wish to return or exchange an order, you are obligated to let us know via email and send it back within 14 days of having received the order. The shipment should be sent in the original packaging where possible and be returned unscathed. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

2. After it has been reviewed by us, you should send the parcel, well packed, with the original packing slip or invoice, and sufficiently stamped, to:

3. After receiving the parcel, we will send new items to you or refund your payment.


Store Your Toys vouches for all items that we supply being sound and matching the listed specifications. Exceptions being possible colour differences. Defects that originated from normal wear or that are due to a considerable fault of the customer are not covered by the warranty. This decision is at the discretion of Store Your Toys or the supplier of the product. Shipping costs that are made to replace an item within the warranty period are at the expense of the sender. This means that the shipping costs for sending the parcel to us are at your own expense, and the shipping costs for sending it back to you are at the expense of Store Your Toys.

The invoice or packing slip is your warranty certificate. The warranty period on manufacturing and production defects is 12 months.

Promotional or discount code

In the event that you received a promotional or discount code, you can enter this code during the process of ordering. Discounts/codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
