Store Your Toys guarantees that all items we supply are sound and meet the specified specifications. The exception to this is any colour differences. Defects which have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear or which are attributable to considerable fault of the customer are not covered by the guarantee. This is at the discretion of Store Your Toys or the supplier of the product. Shipping costs incurred to replace an item that falls within the warranty period are the responsibility of the shipper. This means that shipping costs "outbound" are for your own account, and shipping costs "return" are for Store Your Toys' account.

The invoice or packing slip is your proof of guarantee. Warranty period on manufacturing and factory defects is 12 months.

Complaint procedure:

We recommend that you first communicate complaints to us by emailing info@storeyourtoys.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

If you have received a promotion or discount code you can enter it during the ordering process. Discounts/codes cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
